By accessing or using The Hungry Bird – Restaurant’s website, mobile application, or services you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Our Service

The Hungry Bird Restaurant is a food ordering platform that connects you with our restaurant and delivery partners. We may operate the delivery ourselves or use third-party delivery partners. Availability and delivery options depend on your location and restaurant operating hours.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders placed via the website or mobile app are subject to acceptance by the restaurant. Payment methods we accept include UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets and cash on delivery where available.

• Orders are processed after payment authorization.
• Payment gateway failures are handled by the payment provider; we are not responsible for third-party failures.
• Any discounts, coupons or promotional offers are subject to their individual terms.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations depend on order status. If your order is cancelled before preparation, you may receive a full refund. If preparation has started, refunds are at the restaurant’s discretion and processed per our Refund Policy.

5. Allergies & Food Safety

We provide ingredient details where available. However, kitchens may handle common allergens. If you have serious allergies or dietary restrictions, inform us or the restaurant directly and order at your own risk.

6. Delivery Policy

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, peak hours or other operational reasons. If the delivery partner cannot reach your address, we will contact you to resolve the issue.

7. Pricing & Additional Charges

Menu prices displayed include the restaurant’s listed price. Delivery fees, packaging charges, service fees and taxes may be added at checkout. Prices on the app may differ from on-premise pricing.

8. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate name, phone number and delivery address.
• Be available to receive the order or provide valid delivery instructions.
• Abide by the law and do not misuse or attempt to hack the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Hungry Bird will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability for direct damages related to an order will not exceed the order value.

10. Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the site including logos, images and text is owned by The Hungry Bird Restaurant or used with permission. You may not reuse or reproduce content without written permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in our operating region.
